what i do aswel is to prepare the onions, sliced "a la pluma" (i think you will understand this term), with the above mentioned, and let it in a bowl for 1 hour or so, the onion lose it hardness, and it seems to absorv the lime lemon, i can eat 2 onions in this way!

Yes it could be call marination (marinado). I understand now what you meant with salmon, some preparations of fishes down here are done with raw fish, onions, lemon, olive oil, pepper. Salmon can be prepared in the same way but not raw, usually, its put in the oven.

100g of white rice

800g chicken and 800g tuna

Sometime the white rice go up to 150g. A couple of days. It depends on how Paco look at my state.

*2weeks of low carb

200g potatos

And maybe i am gonna eat white rice again with good amount.

I am nothing proud of being a natural.
Its a matter of choice.
Its like choosing F1 race or Cart race.

We didnt have plan to compete this. But since I could get in so so shape earlier, why not?

2 weeks later of this comes targeted one... Barcelona chmapionship.

Then 2,3 more weekslater The revenge.......THe catalonian chmapionships.

Then 1 week later of this, Natural one
