after watching the vid I think you could have got second instead of third... but you should run some gear for the contest prep at least.. the you would have gotten first.and.. you are extremely bottom heavy - badly. you really need to bring your upper body into balance with your legs.. your symmetry is fucked at the moment.

kyomu you looked great, the guy who took second wasn't much better than you ,but you have to get leaner ,don't worry about how much you weight or what class you are going to compete in, just get shredded, don't cut your water again you are not lean enough to see any difference doing this , all is going to do is make you look flat . PS:You looked 10 x better than last year
