Where would Dexter have placed at the 2009 ASC?

Dexter would be 1st because of Kai's waist and weak rear lat spread. He wouldn't out mass Dexter pound for pound or be more shredded.

It's amazing that for someone who's whole life revolves around bodybuilding, has access to all the events to meet athletes and view physiques from the best seats in the house...is so absolutely abysmal at actually evaluating a physique. Has Ron EVER nailed a prediction?

Bodybuilding still does, or at least is supposed to, have a little something to do with overall shape- not just shredded mass. In that dept. Dex, Dennis, Phil, Toney and Victor all beat Kai. Even if shape is only counted for 25% Dex, Phil, Victor and Dennis (assuming they're all on) should beat Kai.

IMO 1st!, he has better overall back development then kai, he has shredded glutes like kai, he has better biceps then kai, better chest, better delts, and better overall thickness.

Dexter, if he competed at the 2009 Arnold, and looked like he did at the 2008 Olympia, would of been favored, and won the show.

Even now, for the 2009 Olympia, Dexter is ahead of Kai Greene in predictions. In fact, I see Kai Greene in 5th place at the Olympia, even if he came looking like he did at the Arnold.

Dont forget Victor Martinez, Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson... and of course, the others... Toney Freeman (which wont make the same mistake again), and Melvin Anthony, and Silvio Samuel.

Best Olympia in terms of who will win coming in 2009!

Dex has flow, shape and symmetry that others wish they had.;..so they pound on mountains of mass including on their waistlines... i am glad BB has picked the most pleasing athlete...not the biggest blobs of muscle.

Kai cant stand next to Dex and be the physique of choice for the majority. Have them hit FDB and Abs and thigh shots and its lights out. The Mr.O should be the one that looks best all around...and that includes FDB ppl!!!

Kai (and Jay for that matter) look like poo in the FDB. So do alot of the so called top tier pros. The sooner mass gets downplayed the better. Mr. O should be the physique that people aspire to///i.e. tiny waist, ripped, like a sock stuffed with walnuts...and like a statue in all poses...not some big wide gutted mound of excrement.

Dex deserves to be Mr.O. The question is, did Dorian, Ron (later years) and Jay deserve to be?...i think not.
