Nunez is pretty strong.

Here he is rowing 315.  When I row 315 this is the kind of form I have to use as well.  Not perfect, but it gets the job done.

in general I disagree.  better for your heart to be slightly underweight than slightly overweight.   

now this guy could be truly anorexic, which is certainly not healthy.  but if he's like most amateur competition bodybuilders, he's only ripped like this for a few weeks.   the rest of the time his heart is better off than people who are at 15-20% bodyfat

Oh, don't get me wrong I completely understand that. All I am saying is TA thinks if someone isn't below 10% they're obese or a "permabulker" as he so ignorantly puts it.
