Even if the pirate bay loses, it will not be feasibly possible to sue millions and millions of people and have them undergo a trial. Another solution must be found and this trial is retarding that process.

If it's on radio or TV you get it for free.
If it's educational it should be freely available to all.
If you've paid for it in the past then it's paid for.
If it's shit then you shouldn't pay for it anyway.
There is no stopping it.

Companies should just admit defeat and tag on a donation address to use if you liked it. That or quit thinking anyone is going to pay $50 to download a book they can get for free, drop their prices, keep extremely comprehensive catalogues, and have a great dl speed.

Yup totally agree, they have complete albums, all great quality and user comments, no viruses like limewire and you can select to only download certain songs if the torrent has like a gigabit of music.

why don't you monkeys just go to google blog search, then type in the band name or song name you want and follow it with "megaupload" or "rapidshare".

never took me more than 30 seconds to find what i want.
