its a stupid question on a bodybuilding board.all that should matter is a weight that allows you to properly contract the chest.. increasing its size over time.that said.. if you cant very quickly work up to 315 on the bench weighing over 180 pounds... that sperm cell that fertilized your egg.. was supposed to contain a X chromosome.
