i lift at a GIANT college gym probably over 200 people in the weight room at a time b/t 3-9 at night...honostly if i posted pics of the toolbags that lift where i live, it would scar you for life

im talking underarmour head to toe...and if the hair isnt gelled than its gotta have a bandana/beanie to protect it....the set wasnt heavy unless you yelled on every rep and got the attention of the girls in gym 8 doing cardio kickboxing, and best of all if your not doing chest and arms 3 times a week...you are undertraining your pimp hand...period

I'm 220lbs now, blocky, 205lbs lean...I'm probably 10%bf, but can still see abs.
