ive been using a cheaper protein powder
ive had to search my apartment for money to put in coinstar machine
im going low carb to save money
it seems like im never gonna get my credit card paid off

Are you planning are living in your home for the next 10 yrs, if so, not big deal, but if you are planning to move in the next 3 to 4, bad idea.

Agreed, I baught our house $400,000 below market anyway so I don't THINK I lost anything. 401k is down almost $48,000 but we are still picking up clients.

i paid 160 for a crib 15 years and last year declined an offer from a developer for 4 M  where'm i gonna find a 7 car garage, air rights and an old embassy for 160 today?
