2009 Orlando Pro - Troy Alves 4 weeks out from the Europa

Here are a couple of pictures of Troy Alves at 4 weeks out from the Europa Pro Show. I have deliberately cropped out hamstrings in glutes just because I don't want to here the same as crap about the issue. Just let it be known that my boy will have hamstrings and glutes in.......Troy has a renewed vision in his training and dieting and realizes the judges are going to expect nothing less than the best when he steps on this stage and I promise you he will be at his all time best. These pics are even after a week of low carbs.

great build,muscle fullness top notch,conditioning esp rear back shots are great,has those cross band striations in upper back .always been a fan of his build,props,he's been around long while,he should get more respect.

Damn good physique!

Shoulders are looking oustanding, as well as the arms and back!

He may need just a bit more development regarding the calves. The guy should do well though!

Awesome! Troy is a gentleman, a fantastic competitor and a great ambassador for our sport. I have no dount he will come in razor sharp for the Europa. We're rooting for you Troy!!
