I think you need some work.
Obvious problem areas: arms(Biceps, Triceps & Forearms),traps, delts, midsection, lower back, lats & calves.
Main issue I see is the lack of a true V-taper.
Also, maybe next time, change the video's music and get rid of the shorts...
It's very early though, with 10 weeks, you can make a better video..
