Alex 23 is not funny, but annoying.. He has a decent build but definetly needs to cut.

narcissiticicicicicicik pushes his pro dorain agenda even when he doesn't believe he is doing so. probably a guy in his 30's who lived in the era who still has a boyish crush on the fellow retired pro

Ron is too lazy to make this place like bodybuilding.com or muscular development so that is why we have the freedom we do.. That's why I love this place though
