Alphie is from Hawaii.  She was a very good powerlifter back then.  she was maybe 16 or so in 91' or 92' so she must be over 30 by now.  Haven't seen here in years.  Very nice girl.

Last time I saw Alphie she was back to normal and had overcome the whole weight issue.  But it's been a long time since I've seen her.  Would love to get an update...
