Johnny I know i have asked before, but how the fuck do you get that conditioning. Do I have to cut out drinking on the weekends because i really don't want to do that.

Cardio on empty stomach/keep majority of carbs around workout (before-after)/1 or 2 cheat days a week in which I eat a ton of fruit..thats pretty much what I do..

How often do you do cardio. i'm about 3 times a week. i vary between running 3.1 miles, interval training, and a longer run. i have a bad feeling you are going to say more cardio.

Usually I try to hit it 5 times a week, but even on my off days, I tend to have so much energy that I'll still do cardio..it really helps if you have some type of cardio equipment at your home, I own a treadmill and an eliptical so cardio is real easy I just wake cup down a cup of coffee, throw on Sports Center or a DVD and it goes by in a flash. I usually do anywhere between 45-60 minutes.
