Do you do carb and sodium manipulation before the show? If so what's the protocol?

No. Its very dangerous and we want to avoid that.
Since he check me every morning, he decide the amount of carbs.
He is not so nervous about sodium. He always say that we must shedd enough fat. Then there is no water retention that bad.

You just stay on low carbs and don't carb up at all? Or do you only carb up when you're too flat?

I agree with the sodium, most people who complain about water retention are just too fat. So do you keep your sodium low or normal in your preparation?

Yes. Exactly. If I look good, we maintain until show. But if he sees me flat, we will say eat more carbs.
Just dont eat salt. Thats it. No distilled water. Just a low sodium minaral water.
