Melvin is the most overrated bodybuilder in the business but Parker rides his jock because he's black.
nope, I am actually disappointed in him, and I got into it with on here a few yrs back. When Mel is in shape, he has one of the best back double bis in the business. And that is not me saying that.
You do realise that Dorian won the British in 1988,then took 2 years off before he competed as a pro.He said at the time he didn`t want to just compete as a pro,he wanted to be a successful pro.The 2 years off were needed to make the gains he felt he needed to be successful.I think his plan kinda worked.
Yep, I was gonna mention that. Dorian was an anomaly. If you think about the late 80's early 90's, they didn't have the quality of the mid to late 90's. The group will probably never be surpassed.
Today, when Richard Jones got his Pro card, you tell he had similar qaulities to Shawn Ray. When Phil Heath got his pro card, you can tell he was gonna be a contender. And typically today where most don't go pro until their late 20's early to mid 30's, they have already gained enough size. Phil Heath has already gotten to big.
But wth Evan? The wide waist...and the wait for 2 yrs are gonna hurt him. But I will reserve my comments until he competes. Because he looked his best in MD a few yrs back, and I have both issues in which he details his biceps routine and his triceps routine.
