Theoretically speaking, how do you find the will power to say “no” when someone really hot (man or woman) offers to suck your cock?

Open your mouth slightly.  Place your tongue against the roof of your mouth.  Kind of hum a little, little your tongue drop and make a little "ah" sound.  It will sould like "no".  Just practice and you will get it.
