Yeah, my arms suck. There about 17

Don't get to train them much, tendonitis in my left elbow restricts what i can do for arms. It seems to come and go....... :(

17 is pretty good

but if you are getting tendonitis in the elbow maybe you should lower volume and increase intensity

Yeah, i experiment with different styles.

Right now i don't really do much for bi's or tri's. When i do chest, i do heavy dips which hits the tri's pretty good. And bi's i might just throw in some hammer curls every 2nd workout or so.

Problem is i have both tennis and golfers elbow, so both the lateral and medial sides of the elbow are affected. Still, i see the physio and take glucosamine and i do a rehab class as part of my course, so i can put that theory into practice.

deca(or eq/primo) HGH... will work wonders for your elbows. combine them with testosterone.. and then you're bodybuilding.

I'm always amazed at just how much good lighting can change a physique.  Besides the loose skin and fat around the navel, Coach looks okay in this shot.  But his on stage photos were dramatically worse, showing that he was around 11-12% bf and had a tremendous amount of loose skin in various areas. 
It's like the skanks with their myspace photos.  Lighting is a remarkable tool when used correctly to hide flaws, such as in the shot of Coach here.

Wow, you must be an expert (on something else besides bodybuilding). But since it was the first show I did in 18 years....of course there was some loose skin.......and being 46 didn't help.
