17 is pretty good
but if you are getting tendonitis in the elbow maybe you should lower volume and increase intensity
Yeah, i experiment with different styles.
Right now i don't really do much for bi's or tri's. When i do chest, i do heavy dips which hits the tri's pretty good. And bi's i might just throw in some hammer curls every 2nd workout or so.
Problem is i have both tennis and golfers elbow, so both the lateral and medial sides of the elbow are affected. Still, i see the physio and take glucosamine and i do a rehab class as part of my course, so i can put that theory into practice.
