Size for the most part isn't the issue at hand here... that comes from drugs, training and diet...

size, shape, proportions, limb length + many more appearance factors is the main concern as far as bodybuilding goes

Not whining, observing; physically and mentally genetics are everything.
This is starting to get a bit old. You are not genetically programmed to be fat with little muscle. You have never reached your genetic limit so you should stop complaining about genetics blah blah. Stick to a diet, follow a good training program, train intensely and stay consistent. Then you will see results. Starting threads like this don't help you.

Those veins were fucked though. Nothing wrong with being vascular.......but he was something else.

And what the fuck was up with his posing? Why the fuck couldn't he even hit a pose properly?

Yes. Well you can't get any genetics that you don't have, at least not naturally, but genes can be turned on and off by certain circumstances.

For example, certain genes that will boost cancer grows are completely neutralized by working out or eating right. Same goes for social contacts, talking to persons you like can active certain good genes.

Theres also the case of chasing mass can ruin a BBs look..Kovacs is a prime example as is Kamali..
I saw Kovacs in Auckland in the late 90s and the man was un fukin real , he looked nothing to what he ended up as in later years..

Did Dillet train hard ? well he trained hard enough to acheive the look he had..could he have trained harder , only he knows that and whos to say if he did , he could of ruined what he had already acheived..

I didnt like his look , other than that silloute entrance(no lights) at the Mr O  I think he looked awful..his nickname of frankenstein was for good reason.

genetics are important, but to be frank, sitting at home, being overweight and whining about genetics is not going to cut it either.

See, and i think that with good training and nutrition, your genes get "programmed" to act differently.

For example, people who do lots of sports tend to burn more fat in the rest time, as the body spares muscle glycogen for the training. People who do not train burn glycogen and store the fat easier.

Have you reached your genetic limit? The answer is no. When you have reached that and no further body composition change is possible - then you can complain that your genetics are crap. Crap genetics or not you could still get into great shape.
