Bill's wife Jill is in a coma.
One day, while the nurse was giving Jill a spongebath, she notices that Jills toes wiggle when she washes her vaginal area.
The nurse tells Bill this, and suggests that perhaps some oral sex may help his wife wake up.
Reluctant at first, Bill agrees and goes into the room and shuts the door behind him.
Several minutes later the code blue alarm goes off and the nurse comes running in the room.
