Small wrists definitely limit your strength in certain exercises.  Mine are about 6 inches, and my bench sucks ass.  I'm not too bad on pulling exercises though.  On a good note though, small wrists can make your forearms look bigger than they are, bit of an optical illusion.

And Sev, that's basically child porn.   :-\

I'm sure that when you see family photo albums with kiddies naked around the houseor pool yu think the same...

maybe you have a "problem" ?

Family photo albums are... well... family photo albums.  I don't think, oooh, I know, I'll post them online for loads of anonymous closet homo's to look at.  If you had kids, would you want some guy posting naked pics of them on the internet?

your logic is baffling  ::)

maybe you a closet pedo

Well done, you got me.   ::)

How is the logic baffling?  Photo album, kept at home, occasionally shown to family members.  Or naked photo's of children posted in a thread about wrist size affecting strength?  Yeah... they're the same thing.

I've small wrists, about 6.5 inches, not a great presser but strong in the legs and back.

go pedo carry with your biz

what a retard

Hahaha, you're an idiot.

You came into a thread about wrist size and strength, realised you couldn't post anything worthwhile, and thought to yourself, "Hmmm, what about some naked kids?  Yeah that'll be good."

I have 6.5inch wrist and small-medium hands, i am quite strong in most exercises but on bench press with a bar my wrists are somtimes in pain which has held me back alot and is why i mainly use dumbells, and when deadlifting over 405 it really dosen't help when you have small hands and they only just wrap around the bar. Small wrists make your forearms look small by default aswell..
 :-\

If your wrists are small then the area which you can exert force from is smaller no? so the force is not spread so much and is on a smaller area not good for benching.

My wrists are the same maybe 7". When going heavy on bench or curls I get pain from the wrist up to the forearms especially when I set the par down. Walmart has some Golds Gym gloves for 10 bucks that wrap the wrist nice that makes the pain not so bad.

That's fucked up to even post that picture of that kid but now I understand why Jason Voorhees never has sex and only kills.
