The 'champions of clean eating' were merely representing the view point that it is difficult for most of us to just have a bit of cake or chocolate or what have you. If I have a pigout day I can't just leave it at half a pack of kitkats, no I want 2. I think it is more an issue or convenience than anything else.

actually that's wrong, anybody can get fat it's just about a matter of eating too many calories
i don't know why people think eating pies and cake and icecream would make them fat, i have those foods everyday

Pumpkin Mini Cakes with Cream Cheese Icing


Nick Malgieri`s Yeast Pretzels with Sweet Mustard


Rick Bayless Enchiladas de Mole Rojo



We already baked the cake and are working on the rest.
In between cooking time I will also probably have a Whopper and Fries, some Cheerios and a Protein Shake.


I do not count calories on Sundays at all.
