I tore my left triceps and had to have a screw put in to hold it back on the bone. It tore in the middle of the heads so it is unnoticeable. I was curling and I heard it POP. It never turned black and blue or anything just hurt like hell at night. My wife convinced me to have the surgery completed and that was the best thing I ever did. Last year I also go food poisoning the night before the Mr. Michigan and had to miss the show and ended up in the hospital. Man, it was a rough year for me. All I can say is I'M BACK BABY!!!!!!! Train hard and smart..
