Actually, I am fatter than last year at this stage because I started the diet pretty late.BUT, I also stayed pretty much the same the last 5 weeks last year, so I am not worried I will be in shape.it's hard to describe but I see the muscle fibers seem to pop out more even at a higher level of bodyfat
