You say Ronnie's triceps suck, so I say; stop blurting nonsense. Do you actually think his triceps are poor? What do they lack? Cuts? Size? Shape? Even if you do not believe them to be the best in the world at their best, maybe a mere 4th or maybe even 40th, does that mean they suck?

If you cannot see his triceps you are perhaps not too smart, would you say his legs look week in that pose too since it is not a leg pose? There is more than one angle from which to view each muscle, hope this helps. Triceps = roughly 3/5th of the arm, Ronnie is thought by some to have some of the best arms of all time, are you concurring with ND that his triceps suck?
