did you use the spellchecker for that?
1) Thread deletions - don't delete threads, just move them to an alpha board, especially if they are interesting and have had a lot of views & replies
is there a clause for being bored, kiwiol?
catching schmoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmm looks like AltUKSteve likes having sausage served with fromunda cheese for breakfast, lunch and dinner
i wonder what the schmoe to straight ratio on this site is
1) Thread deletions - don't delete threads, just move them to an alpha board, especially if they are interesting and have had a lot of views & replies2) People changing font colors, styles and or using caps lock / bold text for the whole post just to try and stand out - if your content is great, your post will automatically stand out, which it doesn't if it's lame, no matter what color or font-size you use3) Endless posting of the same bunch of pics by posters to show off what they've already done a million times before - we all remember and don't care to see them again4) Posters giving props to other posters along the lines of "great post, brilliant poster" etc again and again just so those others will reciprocate and give you the only props you'll ever get and are obviously dying to get5) Guys who won't post pics to show / prove that they know what they are talking about, handing out advices on all things lifting and nutrition. On the flip side are the skinny fat and plain fat guys giving out similar advice even after posting pics to show that at least they themselves aren't following an ounce of the advice they are giving out or if they do, it's working as effectively as the Chernobyl reactor the moment before it exploded6) Claiming "A owns B's mind" if B posts shit about A, but not applying the logic vice-versa if A constantly stalks or talks shit about B. Bottomline, who cares? It's all entertaining.7) Gimmick accounts posting the same old nonsense about the one or two guys they constantly stalk and try to harass8] Another Vince Basile post about Vince G, that includes pictures of Vince G or the 3 stooges9) More than 1 or 2 threads by the same guy within the span of a day - if you are that bored, try not to show it here by starting 18 threads a day on topics ranging from God knows what to WTF10) Oh yeah, meltdown

The biggest 'GB' cliche is the use of the word 'Meltdown' it has gone wat beyond a joke here IMO.It is in almost every thread, every page or two.
Agreed. "Meltdown" is a good call if a poster threatens to kick another's ass and / or dares him to show up or posts a 10,000 word protest to something posted and stuff like that, but it does get abused beyond belief here. Some guys use it when they have no witty retort, but don't want to admit it I used it in my post partly to show that we could do with seeing less of it.
MELTDOWN!!!!
Can I lick your nipples ??You make my groin area tingle !!
Any post about Objectivism.
