so? 06' and previous models are significantly slower than the z06. it would be stomped on easy. check youtube and see for yourself. the newer model is a different story.

i'll only need a 5k supercharger to wipe it off the face of the earth. only thing that is holding me back is the daily usage issue. my country is tooooo hot for a supercharger.

I would think turbos would be more of an issue with heat than an SC would be. If you aren't driving like an asshole everywhere you'll get better gas mileage with normal driving and the engine will be more efficient. It's only when you hit WOT when you gotta worry about it.

Superchargers do thrown off a lot of heat and few companies make after coolers for Superchargers

i wish you two could come and have a ride with me someday. you will surprised how much wheel spin happens when you hit the pedal. our problem is sand and dust, it gathers on the surface of the tarmac and you would never be able to even win a Toyota camry!

if you noticed the car's front glass was dirty because of rain. i only am able to race after the rain washes the streets and wheel spin is cut to minimum. you will see me anticipating the moment when rain comes(and it's not often) to go and find someone to race.

this is my biggest issue with further modding. you wont be rewarded much.

superchargers have a better natural aspirated power feel to them. turbos feel so sci-fi to me. maybe it's just me, but i don't like turbos. have you ever driven a turbo powered car?

I've driven twin turbo powered cars and supercharged , if heat is a problem with you , you'd be better off with intercooled turbos ... I like the instant power of a supercharger however turbo technology has improved so much lag is almost nonexistent , it's a matter of preference and driving style
