how many do you eat to get ripped, johnny?
well let me put it this way ive been training for 12 years lol and ive NEVER been ripped.
but im approaching rippeness easier then ever before
by eating beans milk and chocolate (small portions of each) and spinach some times grapejuice but not much
but always beer during workouts and burning off half the calories in repetitions
usually 3 beers in the morning inbetween beers ill do my "repetitions" either with no weight squatting for reps, pushups, chinups, or some type of curl or upright row with 40 pound dumbells and 3 or more beers after work always workout n drink
i flush my liver with apple cider vineager
