If Bob was hormonized or not at that age, I don't know. But one thing that is for sure though, is that if he really was on steroids at such a young age it would not be in his best interest to admit it.

And I never had an issue with that Bob, what I do have an issue with is your attitute when questions go into a direction you either feel is not our business to ask or uncomfortable for you, you get pissy fast and try to call people stupid and what not.
