Stretch your legs for about 15-20 minutes right after training and each day after that. It will definitely help your recovery.

5 sets of leg press, ramped up to 14 plates/side. 
5 sets of hack squats.
7 sets of stop and go leg extension.
4 sets of leg curls.
3 set of stiff cans deads... 


14 plates per side...fuck I can only do 9 per side and I have a 660lb squat

9 plates for me for 12 reps isnt easy for sure
My squat is great though I guess,but I have long legs,maybe that helps
