[sigh]  Broken record.  The issue is control of the mother, it's the effect a policy decision would have on the unborn child, who has zero control over what the mother ingests during pregnancy. 

So you do want control over people?

The day the state deems a fetus or an unborn child's interests to be greater than it's mother's and seeks to control women to that end, is the day the birthrate drops even faster than your currency.
