Does 3 Banquet TV dinners per day sound like a good idea for diet food?

LOL, that's what... like 6000mg's of sodium !?! ;)

one of those tv dinner's has like 98% of the recommended daily sodium intake, LOL

You'll probably have to add some protein. Sodium won't kill you, you can get rid of the water retention in a matter of days.

I eat tons of cheese and cottage cheese, also canned fish like tuna, mackerel, herring

works great for me.
