Nah, Dave had close to 30 posts a day, this StormSpirit is nowhere near close to averaging that amount.
i hope jason loses weight and gets healthy if he get hurt he will just be 300 pounds and fat not 300 pounds and strong jason we are only trying to help you jason
i actually made 150 posts yesterday, and 30 something so far today.im not dave though
I could do about 200 or so, buy Ive got a valgus defecit, so it isnt real safe. My tricep is fucked too. I cant straighten my arm out all of the way. I havent trained chest/shoulders/arms in almost 4 years. Thats why my arms are small. I weighed 294 or so when I did that I think.
You aren't Joey Tito, are you? I miss Joey Tito
The guys that are critisizing a 700 DL are the ones who usually can't DL their own bodyweight..LOL!!
Thanks I think. Im actually on the way down, weightwise. Last August when I squatted 900 I was almost 330lbs. I am somewhere in the 290s now, and continuing to drop fat. My diet has done a complete 180 from then, and Im doing cardio almost every day. I feel a million times better, and am actually stronger now than I was then.
DAYUM!
It is common knowledge that Kiwiol was Joey Tito
Hahaha another clueless guy acting like he's in the know to try and look like he was part of the gang
kiwiols only gimmick was proffesor moriatyhe denies it but they posted exactly the same post some time apart
Sorry you are wrong. I don't post under any other accounts other than this one. I don't see the point - if you've got something to say, I say say it under your own account, rather than make one to be cool with some people and another to flame the same.
did you copy his post it was word for word
Don't know what you are talking about, I'm afraid - have you got a link?I thought that Professor Moriarty was the same guy who sometimes posts as Nietzsche
