Even though Ronnie Coleman's recent guest posing pictures have him looking worse then Palumbo and Kovacs put together, he still says he will not resort to using Plazmosis for it would be an unfair advantage...He says he will just use his usual 10 grams of gear a week for 6 months straight leading up to the show...But Plazmosis is out of the question...

hey all of you King Kamali haters, his new supplement actually looks pretty decent, a bit pricey but it does have a solid list of ingredients and I would imagine works quite well.
