Some weird thing where you put your one foot back on a low bench,hold a dumbell overhead then squat.
leg press with one leg at a time

SS, are you saying Clavin is the kinda guy who keeps a 20lb db in his car to "pump up" before hittin' the clubs?  Or maybe he brings a stretch tube inside the club so he can get a pump when he goes to the bathroom?  Brutal leaning on the bar to try to tri-shoot....
