last reps on deads was 405 for 5
t-bar was 5 plates for 5
pulldown machine was at the last weight for 5


....pullups are truly pathetic.I can't do 4 sets of 10 :-X :( :-[

LOL..... we used to do that at the store.  My asst mgr an I would eat right on the front counter and the fatties looking at treadmills and ellipticals would always spaz around about how we must have "great genetics" to eat like that...... ;D
