Stupid fucking hammer strength piece of shit *

Rope Pushdowns

* The Hammer Strength machines at the new gym are smaller than the big yellow one Koloseum had, for the life of me they don't work the same......all I could feel in this one is tricep and front delt, moved the seat up and down, same deal. Fuck that thing.....same thing happened with the HS Row Machine...it's too narrow and I tweaked my elbow last time I used it. >:(

Same thing happened with the old Nautilus machines the old ones were great then they started getting cheaper hence a fucked up machine when hammer came out they where very good now same shit is happening as nautilus.
