Was gonna lift last night but was hungover so I jumped in the pool then went out for pizza and beer instead :)

Had a free PT session since I rejoined the gym so I wouldn't miss a workout for the TM.

3x8 Eccentric pushup with 4 sec pause superset DB Row

3x8 Goblet squat superset deadbug x 20

3 x circuit - all 1 Min each continuous, 15 sec rest 12 sets total:

burpee / flutter kick / lateral skater jump / one arm farmer's walk on zig zag balance beam.

1 min straight of exercise sucks.

Box squats 10 sets, 2 reps, 1 min rest

3x Circuit:  1 Min each, 15 sec rest

Burpee to pullup
Sprint @ 10 mph
Plank/Side plank
Shoulder circuit: Lateral, face pull, band pull.

3 min run @ 10mph

Running at 10mph is getting easy.  It's all my treadmill goes to.  At least the ones at the gym hit 13....those make me feel like I am actually somewhat fast, albeit I only go 12-13 for 20 sec on / off type stuff.

Low intensity mileage day.

5.2 mile bike ride with daughter.

5.8 mile run @ 8:20 per.  Tried to run with minimal impact and at the slowest pace I can run without feeling like an idiot.

Fuckin' day got away so I did this at 9:30 tonight:

Treadmill

1 mile jog @ 8 mph 10 sprints at 10 mph 20 sec / 20 sec rest.  Incine 1 / 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 / 4

8 min walk on 8-10 degree incline.

1 min free hang - no idea how crossfaggers do this for 4-5 min

3 circuit, no rest between exercises 1 min each

Squat to floor and jump
Plank, various angles, leg lifts....
DB step ups
Some lateral movement flip thing
