Yes, haven't tried any specific routines to bring up my numbers. I like my routine, my back is growing and I am injury free. Whats your 1RM these days?
No clue. A tweak here a tweak there and I haven't been going all that heavy.

I dunno man. That seems kind of wack. I seriously can't figure out why anyone would give a shit about my split or routine.

Alright I'll play along until I get bored:
So part of what I would like to do for my next competition (but also for my physique in general because it looks good) is get my back and shoulders wider so my waist looks smaller. I used to say I had a broad waist,  but what I actually have is a completely average waist and no hips.  I'm pretty sure giant glutes, delts, and lats will  give me the illusion  of being nipped in at the middle,  so here's what I've got in the agenda for back today:

 barbell rows 8-10x3 sets
wide grip seated cable rows 8-10x3 sets
DB bent over rows 8-10x3 sets
narrow grip lat pulldown 8-10x3 sets
 abs or calves.

A little. I do some conditioning work in the evening almost every day. I don't log it as religiously. I have basically started doing everything while wearing a 40 lbs. vest. We'll see where that goes.

no0b.  90s female bodybuilder with wide v taper.

Anyway, she advocated grabbing a stationary pole (could be a squat rack) putting your feet close to it and twisting while holding on - it stretches the lats out.  4 sets of 10 each side.

Do you guys just see black girls and then immediately compare them to ANY other black girls? Jesus.

Anyway doesn't matter. My back is plenty wide, even when I'm not suffering from ILS and posing like a cock. It just needs to be wideer with some shoulders on top if I'm going to create the illusion of an inconceivably small waist (which, duh, wins figure shows and looks awesome in dresses)...

Seriously, they are there.

You talked about bringing up your lats so I asked if you did an exercise that was done by someone  who used to do it to.....wait for it.....bring up her lats.  She also wasn't any other girl - she was married to Gregory Hines.

I didn't even think she WAS black, and now that you made me look I'm still not sure.  I only know she was Canadian.

But I guess I apologize for having the one person I knew who advocated the exercise might having been black.   ::)

Thank you for the advice.  Will do a 7 miler on Thurs at slow 10 min pace.

Today I did 25 rounds of one minute of exercise, with 15 sec rest.  Every other set was 1 min treadmill run @ 10 mph.  I figured I'd just do stuff like that this week.

Don't run or anything tomorrow you have to rest. Make sure to water load tomorrow don't eat or drink anything you haven't had during training.
