Chest & back.

Went lighter, did a few different movements, concentrated on form and got a very satisfying pump.

Shoulders last night.

A current favorite exercise of mine is behind the back Smith machine upright rows. Wes and Chaos turned me on to them about a year ago. I backed off of doing the movement for a few months, and then returned to using them regularly towards the end of March.

I typically perform them after seated militaries and find there is no unwanted stress anywhere that is sometimes associated with uprights, and I catch an immediate pump exactly where you should feel it.
