Been doing more running than anything lately...I lift high frequency and low volume and havenít noticed any drawbacks at this point..been hitting everything 3 times a week..it takes all 7 days...

Back and Shoulders for 30 min

Airdyne and Tabata HIIT mainly pull ups/chin ups and plank rows w DBs for 30 min

Outside of pulling movements, I see them as a novelty. Try deads, cleans, rows with them and they're effective.
