In everywhere apart from the USA the plates which are colour coded are as follows

red = 25kg or 55lbs
blue = 20kg or 44lbs
yellow = 15kg or 33lbs

3 plates in USA is 315, 45lb bar and 6x 45lb plates

in non USA its 44lb bar and 6x44lb plates

I can see  you or your friend tearing your pecs with that form.

When your bench pressing "safely" you should imagine a coil compressing then pausing at the bottom for a second, then pushing up. You almost bounce it, your friend was bouncing in the other videos i saw.
