it's about that balance..

and thats the problem this "far from beauty" shit has skewed so far away from actual aesthetics that bodybuilders are starting to look like science projects, some top pro's look good

richard pops into golds gym (oxnard) where i train at, every once in a while. i saw an iphone vid of his 3 weeks out and holy shit this guy is gonna look sick! hope he can just tighten up. his christmas tree was second to none!

Next year, here in SA, he will help Diego lift another WC. What a team. Messi very, very young. Hopefully injuries dont catch up, and he goes on to greatness.

maybe clearer mind today,lot of big hype fw yrs back,big commitment to the body to be a good bber diet,prep,money,halfassed gets you know where,its best to come in great shape and let the chips fall where they may.
