Yeah...and that kid is going to pay for what he did. Mons I'm sorry that u see 19 year old kids doing things on TV, in Iraq and Afghanistan, that would make u shit ur pants, but that doesn't make them war criminals. It just makes them better then u.

Today I read Obama's pushing to do away with the mandatory sentencing for Crack cocaine offences because "it unfairly targets minorities". What a joke. Next they'll make it against the law to arrest gang thugs because that will also "unfairly target minorities." Can it get any more absurd.

When you put it in that perspective I have to agree with you. A better solution is to let the Crack dealing thugs do what they always do..kill each other over "Dere Turf" or because "Dey was dissed". Much cheaper than having to incarcerate these idiots.
