 not really, but next to the stage there was a Panata Equipments for the guest poser to pump up, for me i was there 4 days and couldnt locate a gym in Essen to do my workout, so thought to do my upper body down there

 it was NOT only me! even the other Pros too

 i really cant wait to try the IFBB PRO level and see whats up........lots of people was telling on getbig that i will never make it to the IFBB again! but here i am back again
lots of people said i wont do GOOD in any IFBB PRO show and i will prove them WRONG very sooooon
