What about the skin? What's gh skin? What are we looking for? Stallone has great skin, Arnold not so good. Robby Robinson and Serge Nubret also have great skin but they're black. I thought gh gave you young looking skin like Stallone and other movie stars but this guy is still young. What's different about his skin?

gh skin = glowing ,,thiner layer and the muscle is blown from WITHIN with water thus ...reduction of body fat and the so called push of the muscle and its veins through the skin ,,fat decrease in bwtween the skin and muscle also contribute to that look,,,this look always has the illusion of being 10% while in reality the lifter is about 8% and hold water from the gh that blurr the lines to some degree,, gh users should always decrease consider their bodyfat% to be 2% less than it looks aka 12 = 10 in reality 10 = 8 in reality etc
gh and INSULIN skin = thicker skin aka jason cutler prime example ,,you see it mostly with abuse of insulin and gh for very long periods of times at vey high units
thicker skin will come also from years upon years of using gh by itself BUT at lower doses of gh the skin get thinner and only the addition of inuslin will get it thick
