Fedor = the best.

It does not even seem like he wormed up before the fight ;D

lol, he had him in a armbar, and the heelhook at the end lol.

Cant wait until his next fight HEHEHE

Debussey hopes they match him up with Barnett, and that Fedor takes his training for the fight seriously.

Seing Fedor demolish Overeem would also be fun.

Fedor seems like such a nice guy. Like all he wants to do is support his family and work. Just happens he is the best fighter in world.

My work ethic is have a bit of fun in the gym and get most or all of the work done. When it stops being fun ill stop doing it I reckonl. I have a bit of a fire relit again recently

I'm the hard core area in any gym; blood, sweat & tears baby. After decades of this it's as natural as breathing. Unfortuntely most gyms don't have a lot of serious people whether it be BBs or those getting/keeping in shape, etc., but once in a while you find one, in which case the mood's infectious and my kinda place.

About a minute between sets, 1.5 for very heavy work; the tempo is kept high, the sweat starts early and then i'm in the zone. Wouldn't have it any other way. Training to failure on most sets excluding warmups. All consistent with looking like a BB, which i do without drugs thanx to hard work over decades, nutrition, rest, etc.

Nice complement from one of the regulars at my gym last night, at the end of a slammin workout. Asked me if i was a pro. I'm in my late 40s but look younger. 4 decades of dedicated training and good genetics will do that. :D
