wtf is wrong with you ' supposed' fans of bodybuilding? have you not seen the gut on the abomination? yes he has great legs and a decent back but only average shoulders, arms and chest. i can understand the talk if he had great back arms and chest with a gut - but he doesn't. heath blows him away. jay is trying to be diplomatic thats all.   Heath never won no Arnold. "Average arms" on Kai = not true, his arms are awesome, he even won best arms at some show last year, his chest and shoulders aren't the best but his back is pretty much the best going, and his legs are on a par with Branch. Not many guys have great legs and back. One but not both. And his condition is crazy. Yes he could do with a little more chest and shoulders, if he had those he'd be hard to fault. He has calves and he can suck his gut in. |

hi kai ! i have to disagree on most of your points. i think his arms are average - top arms include: heath, priest, prime coleman - he is not in that bracket. i think his back is average - top backs include: coleman, yates, jackson ( johnnie and dex), stubbs, his back is thick but has no width. his legs are great. conditioning is great too. shoulders, chest and gut speak for themselves. but its the gut that worries me - as kamali has shown, it does not go away no matter what you do. So this should get him marked him down in every show he enters. |

Ron my friend,you need to re-think this post and re-post with no bias and common sense!! Unlike some of you, I put my predictions out there, for good or bad. I have heard that a few times, only to see someone I choose place higher then the norm. No one picked Troy Alves to be in the top three at the Orlando Show of Champions, not Chick, not LT, not Isaac, no Dan Solomon, but I did.... I think I got that same remark then too... Same with Moe El Moussawi being in the top 10 at the Olympia last year. No one predicted that, except me. Heath will place over Kai. My prediction stands. Come September 1st or so, maybe earlier, I will put up a contest, for you guys to pick the top ten, and may the best predictor win. Top Ten Olympia Contest - who can choose the best... but it is too early for that. |

It's probably safe to say that Phil is progressing faster than Kai, at this point in their careers. Barely. Plus with the fact Heath is a clean-cut guy whose only vice is showing off his bread, and kai... well... Kai is going to impress people in September. But Phil is going to shock people. |

Mr.Olympia is a spokesman for bodybuilding,not just the best one on that given day only.
If the winner can not keep in relative good shape during off season ,then he is not a real winner.
