I was hanging around the park this mourning, as the weather was fabulous. Along came this guy jogging with just a pair of shorts on. Light chest and ab hair, as well as hairy thighs. I said hi, and he stopped. We talked about his routine. "Very simple", he said "tuna, turkey,chicken, fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains. NO JUNK. Then I do a ton of cardio and crunches. In terms of weight lifting, I'm strictly benches and curls." Well, I must say he's doing something right. Skinny all over with popped out pecs and bis. I'm starting this routine immediately.
