he gets shredded, but his body is very ugly. and hes not even that big. thick legs, big biceps, thats. back? small. pecs? small. shoulders? average/small.

centaponi will be bigger , just as shredded, more complete, and his body is statue-esque.... undoubtedly the victor in that comparison will be evan centaponi.

But, to make matters worse, I have never seen that much condition freaks in the pro ranks as i said.

lol..no, its only open to kyomu... he used to be a cool dude but since he started trianing with pac he has an arrogant attitude and thinks he and paco are better than everyone else... and he says nobody trains hard or are dedicated except him or paco...  it would be fun to show kyomu how i train and eat..

maybe so, evan hasnt shown freaky conditioning yet, but he has imporved dramatically every time he has competed. and this time he is dieting with carbs, which he hadnt done before. and hes a pro now, the stakes are raised. cant really say anything untill we see him up on stage.

it takes many years to get to the development of paco. even with the best training, bets diet, best drugs possible. still takes a long time. hell, it took ronnie coleman 20 years of hard training big etang and drug abuse before he finally reached his potential. ive only got 1 year under my belt.

I stayed in cal 1 month also.

I rarely have seen a real hard trainee like Paco in my life.

But, The hardest trainee i have seen in my life was a japanese.
I think many bbers train hard. But just very few.
