When the events of 9/11 occurred, many people felt that Bush & Co. deserved a pass because he'd only been in office for only eight months. Seven years later, Bush supporters favored a surge for a war that had dragged on way longer than the few weeks the administration had initially promised. Yet, even right up until the election, there were some members of this very board who claimed the Bush regime had been successful.
100 days is an arbitrary mark on the timeline. The truth is different people expect different things out of our president. Some people who didn't support him have already stated that they hope his policies fail. You can begin judgment at any time, but you can't expect others to be obligated to share your evaluation, which is what the question seems to imply.
